Katie & Joe

Beaverbrook Rod & Gun Club

Katie and Joe had a gorgeous fall wedding at Beaverbrook Rod and Gun Club in October of 2014. Knowing October could bring some brisk air, they surrounded the pavilion with painter tarps to create magnificent drapes that would keep the brisk air away and any rain. They used tulle and mini log candles to accentuate their guest sign in table as well as their cake table. Each table was dressed with white linens and blue napkins. here layout was designed with an impeccable dance floor and pathway to the bar. Floral Cottage did an amazing job with incorporating Katie's colors and creating bouquets to go in her collection of mason jars and old milk jugs. This wedding was no doubt filled with a lot of love and laughter. Photos courtesy of Emma West Photography.

“As a wedding photographer I work directly with the wedding coordinators/planners/matradees. I had the personal pleasure of working directly with Kayce at a wedding last fall. Kayce’s attention to every last detail was impressive to say the least. The bride and groom chose a very rustic, beautiful venue located in the Catskills. It was an absolutely stunning backdrop for wedding photos but no small feat for a wedding coordinator. Aside from the bartender and caterers there was no other staff. That was not an issue for Kayce. She was extremely organized and executed the ceremony, which was moved indoors due to rain (on an hours notice), the cocktail hour and reception without a hitch. My second shooter and i did not see Kayce stop the entire evening. From cleaning up dirty plates, to getting family together for photos, to setting up the cake for cutting, she handled it all. In my opinion Kayce is a gem in this line of business. She’s extremely professional, organized, and can handle anything you throw at her on your big day. It would be an absolute pleasure to work with Kayce again and I highly recommend her for any event.”
