Hannah & Jake
Sussex County Fairgrounds
I had known Jake from working at a venue with him and Hannah and I were on the same soccer team in school. When these two got together just over three years ago, they were a match made in heaven. Their laughter and smiles would just light up the room. Their love made you want to fall in love like they had.
On July 23rd these two committed their love to each other in front of family and friends at the Sussex County Conservatory. While the rain delayed the ceremony, with the help of family and friends and a few cotton shirts we were able to dry the rain off the seats
The reception space was dressed with navy blue linens and silver napkins. Each centerpiece was crafted with babies breath, lemons, and a lot of love from a family friend. Every table had a touch of Disney. Occasionally you would find yourself singing along to an old familiar Disney song.
I have to say, KR Occasions was honored to be apart of this couples magical day. May you two always be each others greatest adventure.
Jamie & Andrew
Camp Tel Yehudah
Andrew and Jamie got married at Camp Tel Yehudah. Their wedding was based around a "campy" theme, because both of them were camp leaders at this very camp for many years. Wedding production began on Thursday, as guests began arriving on Friday night for the wedding weekend festivities. Sunday, September 4th was the big day. KR Occasions dressed the tables with linens, pieced the centerpieces together with hand picked flowers and herbs, created custom table numbers, place cards, and coordinated with the wonderful Camp Logistics team to make sure everything was just right.
Audrey & Phil
Fox Hill Farms
Audrey & Phil had their barn wedding at Fox Hill Farms in Honesdale PA and every moment was captured with Pamela Dzbenski Photography. Hay bales and log stumps with flowers from the farm framed the aisle for guests seating. Guests then gathered in the lavishing garden area for cocktail hour. The Fox Hill Farm Barn was breathtaking with Audrey and Phil's rustic charm touches. Favors ranged from honey, personalized Audrey & Phil M&M's, to plants for guests to watch their love grow for years to come. Each table was dressed with linens, centerpieces made with flowers from the garden and vintage pictures of the couple in mason jars. Instead of the traditional table numbers the couple did photographs of them throughout the years. The wedding was beyond extraordinary and exquisitely designed and decorated. It was definitely a wedding their guests will never forget.
Kayce & David
Grahamsville County Fair Grounds
Kayce and David had a barn wedding at the Grahamsville County Fairgrounds. The barn trusses were wrapped with elegant lighting dressed with tulle. Favors ranged from smores, flower seeds, and mason jars. The table setups consisted of beige tablecloths with chiavari chairs, tall centerpieces with table numbers made out of wine corks, and handmade stick candles. The ceremony was lined with hay bales and tall logs with flowers down the center aisle. It was a rustic chic wedding that made the fairgrounds unrecognizable.
Katie & Joe
Beaverbrook Rod & Gun Club
Katie and Joe had a gorgeous fall wedding at Beaverbrook Rod and Gun Club in October of 2014. Knowing October could bring some brisk air, they surrounded the pavilion with painter tarps to create magnificent drapes that would keep the brisk air away and any rain. They used tulle and mini log candles to accentuate their guest sign in table as well as their cake table. Katie's flower bouquets by Floral Cottage were absolutely breath taking. They accentuated her bridesmaid's dresses and of course made her table’s pop. There was no recognizing this Rod and Gun Club Pavilion. Photos courtesy of Emma West Photography
